Grower Profiles

Throughout Bennett Valley, hands on, growers are committed to capturing the unique qualities of this special AVA. With just a handful of bonded wineries within the appellation boundaries, growers recognize that their individual efforts will help to shape and define the region.  The average vineyard size is less than 20 acres.  Most growers live on the site and are actively involved in vineyard operations.  Wine grapes from Bennett Valley are being used by California’s most respected winemakers to create wines that are being recognized for not only their high quality but distinct Bennett Valley character.
